We make our chyawanprash with more than 45 core ayurvedic ingredients per the ancient Aryabhishek method under supervision of Ayurveda experts. Amla (which we get from jungles – called natural ‘vaniyati amla’) and A2 Gir-cow ghee are the major contents. ‘Misri’ and ‘honey’ are used as sweeteners.

How it should be consumed
- Daily ¼ table spoon for 2 to 4 years old children, half table spoon for 4 to 12 years old children, and 1 table spoon for adults.
- Roll it in your mouth until it dissolves and then swallow it.
- You must have a glass of cow-milk after taking the chyawanprash.
- It can be taken in the morning or before going to bed.
